Join the Women’s Engineering Society, University of Leeds and Heritage Open Days at The Women’s Library to edit and add information about historical women engineers to Wikipedia. Training and historical resources (including suggested women engineers) will be provided.

WES are working with Heritage Open Days (HODS) and the Electrifying Women project (University of Leeds / Science Museum) to run this event for the celebrated Women’s Library, at the LSE. Training will be delivered by inspiring Wellcome Wikimedian, Dr. Alice White. We can help you to develop your digital skills and learn how to edit Wikipedia in order to harness the power of the web. Complete beginners and experienced editors are both welcome to attend - we’ll provide training for anyone new to editing.
